My name is Claudia, founder of Alma Healing. Thank you for visiting my site.

I am a certified Facial Emotional Therapy (FET) therapist, Reiki Master and Advanced Chakra healer.

After experiencing a successful career full of achievements but with high levels of stress, I felt I wasn’t living my life’s purpose. Everything started with a health issue that no one seemed to know what it was. Looking for alternatives, my first encounter with Energy Healing was through my good friend Michelle Douglas (Intuitive Healer, Emotion Code practitioner and Soul Regression Therapist). That health issue had a deeper meaning in my life than what I thought, and after a few sessions with her my life simply changed for good. While I was going through my process of healing and awakening, I found the hidden talent of being a conduit to help others to connect with their soul. 

When I was prepared, the universe introduced me to Facial Emotional Therapy. After my first session, negative emotions were released and my body was reinvigorated with a beautiful energy. I felt liberated and more connected with my heart than ever. I knew I wanted to learn this treatment and offer its benefits to my family. 

I trained with my great teacher and mentor, Claudia Rodino (Experienced Kinesiologist, Counsellor and creator of Facial Emotional Therapy (FET). Her generosity, constant support and confidence have been key to develop my own approach. I decided to create a practice to offer clients the experience of letting go of what doesn’t serve them anymore, by creating a space to connect with their soul and listen to their inner wisdom. This is how Alma Healing was born. If you’re wondering what Alma means, it means “Soul” in Spanish. This is a tribute to my Latin-American background.

I love being in contact with nature, spending time with my family, and practicing Yoga, meditation and Pilates. I love being a curious learner as the universe keeps introducing me to new masters who constantly guide the development of my skills.
